THE SWAN SONG (The Supernatural Season Finale)

Supernatural Season Finale marked its end with fans consuming boxes of Kleenex, hearts palpitating to a rapid 90 and an expectation of a greater good for Supernatural Season 6. These are not without exaggerations.

Well, I was guessing someone was going to die! And SOMEONE did die, but it isn’t Supernatural if it’s not supernatural, yeah? And so those who died eventually lived, one way or another. But Sam rising from the dead and be possessed by Lucifer was really an amazing twist to the story, the best for the season if I may say so myself.

This is a clear indication of a Supernatural Season 6. Thanks to its high rating, CW Network officially confirmed the 6th season helping of the top rated horror series. Still, how people behind the show are going to take off from the Supernatural season finale to the next season is a reason itself to wait in eager anticipation. Especially since it is rumoured that Eric Kripke, the creator of Supernatural will not be around as the show runner for Supernatural Season 6. But of course, for the show’s fans, all’s well that ends well.

My only problem is it doesn’t seem to fit if the Supernatural season finale is trying to imply that Chuck is God. That is another angle that the Supernatural Season 6 will have to deal with eventually. Although I can say for sure that the first five seasons of Supernatural are not to be taken lightly, I still hope for a better show and rev for the upcoming Supernatural Season 6. —or 7 or 8… No reason for hope not to fly!

Well, show or no show, we do know that the devil isn’t going to give up his tenure on earth with a simple battle like that at the Stull Cemetery. But nonetheless, the Supernatural season finale brought forth an awkward reality that Lucifer has his ways. Makes you want to wonder if the next person behind you is the devil incarnate ready to take you at anytime in anyway he wants. Nonetheless, we are to wait for Supernatural Season 6 to get this going, to see the battle between good and evil get done and over with.
