Lindsay Lohan Gets 90 days 1

Lindsay Lohan is always, and I mean always in the gossip page I could swear I sometimes get tired or reading about her. But there is something about Lindsay Lohan that you want to find out –can this spoiled, rotten brat get away with self-destruction this time?

You can hardly call Lindsay Lohan a successful actress or a successful anything. She was trashed from various films she was supposed to star with due to commitment problems, left a French fashion house where she worked as an advisor after receiving a disastrous reception, and has been in and out of rehab maybe more often than her Hollywood comeback attempts.

And now, Lindsay Lohan faces a new challenge in her what you call err life.

To recall the drama, Lindsay Lohan was arrested in 2007 and pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was sentenced to one day imprisonment. On top of that easy 24-hour imprisonment (which she served 84 minutes of which) was a 10 days community service, fines, an alcohol education program and a three-year probation. A progress report hearing was scheduled on May 20, 2010 which was later postponed to May 24 due to Lindsay Lohan’s inability to appear. A hearing was set for July 6, 2010 to determine any violation on Lindsay Lohan’s probation.
