Contacting and dealing with contributors are applicable for you if you are into retailing business. You can gain good profit if you sell it per piece but purchasing from distributors in wholesale prices.
Usually, manufacturers create a tie up with the distributors. Consumers do not purchase directly from the producing company, instead the distributors will do the work of circulating their products for the consumers to avail. Distributors have high prices compared to manufactueres so as not to confuse the consumers. End users might think of getting the items direct from the producers, but manufacturers will not entertain this set up.
